Depending on your role (Builder, Staff, Flat Owner, Broker), we may collect:

Mobile number
Email address (if provided)

1.2 User Role & Property Information

To manage society and property data, we may collect and process:

Flat ownership and unit details
Society membership details
Assigned user roles (Builder / Staff / Flat Owner / Broker)
Project or building details assigned to your account

1.3 Activity & Access Information

For security and management purposes, we may collect:

Visitor and gate entry logs (where this feature is enabled)
Basic usage information required for access control and audit

1.4 Authentication Data

The App currently supports:

Mobile number with OTP-based authentication
Email and password-based authentication

We store only the information necessary to authenticate your access to the App.

2. What We Do Not Collect

The Shree Ram Grp App does not collect:

Government ID proofs (such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.)
Bank account numbers, credit/debit card details, or UPI IDs
User-uploaded documents (agreements, bills, etc.), as this feature is not used
Real-time GPS location tracking
Contact list from your device
Chat or messaging data (no in-app chat is provided)

We do not show advertising in the App and we do not use analytics or marketing tracking tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Provide secure login and access control
Allow builders and staff to manage society and project data
Display property and society-related information to authorized users
Enable visitor and gate entry management where applicable

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in limited situations, as described below:

With the builder, society management, or property administrator who manages your building or project within the App.
With authorized security personnel for visitor and gate entry management, where this feature is enabled.

We do not share your data with unrelated third-party advertisers or analytics providers.

5. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS) where applicable.
Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
Access to data is controlled based on user roles and permissions.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as required by the builder or society for legitimate business, operational, or legal purposes.

If your user account is deleted:

Your login credentials and profile details are removed or anonymized.
Certain property, society, or historical records may still be retained by the builder or society for legal, audit, or community record-keeping purposes.

Once we verify your identity and account details, we will process your request in coordination with the relevant builder or society administration.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults involved in property, society, or community management, such as builders, staff, flat owners, and brokers. It is not intended for children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
